Terms and Conditions of sale: All items are sold as is were is.
This service is available only to individuals who have reached the age of majority in his/her province, territory or state.
Any and all claims whatsoever must be with the respective original individual owner of the yacht/boat
Warranty Disclaimer: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with out any warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
Fees: a $75.00 fee will be added to the sale of all boats to cover the cost of paper work and title preparation.
All ads will run for 30 days and be sold to the highest bidders once all minimum bids requirements have been meet. A deposit based on the schedule below is required to bid on all items. If your bid is not the winning bid your deposit will be returned at the close of the auction.
$100 deposit for bids under $10,000
$1,000 deposit for bids over $10,000
$10,000 deposit for bids for $75,000
All bidders will be called at the close of the auction to inform them were their bid is and given the opportunity to counter offer.
The winning bidder will have three days to pay the full amount with cash, bank wire transfer, personal checks, company checks, and bank checks will need to clear our bank before any paper work is handed over. Checks can take 7 to 10 days to clear.
Storage fees will be paid on the boat for 5 days after winning bidder has been notified of his or her winning of the bid. After the 5th day storage fees will apply.
All boats shell be loaded per the yard rules, the yard has the right to stop any boat that appears to being transported in a unsafe manner.
After winning the bid a bill of sale will be mailed out to you, you must sign and mail back a copy so we can start the title paper work. Finial paper could take up to two weeks before it is in your hands.
